FAQs
We know that living a childfree life — or even just questioning motherhood — can bring up a lot of curiosity and sometimes a lot of pressure. This FAQ is here to answer the big questions about what Her Childfree Life stands for, who we’re here for, and how we hope to support you. At the heart of it, we believe all choices are valid. We simply want to make sure that if you’re on the fence, you have the tools and space to make a decision that’s truly aligned with your values, not just what society expects.

Her Childfree Life is a digital space built to normalize choice and celebrate autonomy. It challenges the idea that a woman’s value is tied to motherhood — through writing, storytelling, and community.
It’s not anti-parent. It’s pro-choice, pro-freedom, and rooted in the belief that every woman deserves to shape her own life.
-
Nope. Her Childfree Life is for anyone who believes in choice, autonomy, and honest conversations about what fulfillment can look like.
Whether you’re childfree, childless, undecided, or just curious, you’re welcome here. The only requirement is respect — for every path and every person.

Not at all. We’re not here to bash parents — we’re here to celebrate and support people who are carving out a different path, and to provide resources for those still figuring out what they want.
-
No. Her Childfree Life isn’t about hating anyone — it’s about questioning the systems that have told women what they’re supposed to be.
This space challenges patriarchy, not people. We talk about power, gender roles, and autonomy because those things shape how we’re allowed to exist in the world — not because men are the enemy.
I want to be clear: men are welcome here too, as long as they share these values. If you identify as childfree or feminist, or simply believe in equality and choice, you belong here.

I publish free posts every week on the main blog so everyone has access to new essays and reflections.
If you want to go deeper, The Full Blog is my paid section — it includes longer essays, behind-the-scenes commentary, and personal reflections that I only share with subscribers.
You can read everything right here on the site, or through my Substack if you prefer to get posts by email. Both options include the same content for the same price.

Because our time and labor are valuable. Some resources — like the Clarity Kit and weekly blog posts — are free so everyone can access them. Digital products and memberships help sustain this work so I can keep building it for the long haul.
This isn’t my full-time job (though I’d love it to be someday). Capitalism is a bitch, I know — but if you have the resources and want to support, purchasing a digital product or joining The Full Blog is a huge help.
You can also support through the Support the Movement section for one-time or recurring donations that help me keep creating free resources..
-
The biggest way to support is simple: share it. Tell a friend, repost something that resonated, or mention Her Childfree Life in a space where it might help someone else feel seen.
If you have the resources, memberships, digital products, or one-time donations through the Support the Movement page help cover costs and keep free resources coming.
Every share, purchase, or message of encouragement helps this grow — and I’m so grateful for all of it.
